Research interests

Probability theory and its applications to the performance evaluation and control of information and communication systems — with a growing focus on reinforcement learning, federated learning, distance learning, and unsupervised methods. A recurring thread is understanding the behaviour of complex stochastic systems (networks, particle systems, random graphs) in steady state and transient regimes, as well as connections to other sciences (physics,neuroscience,...)
